Sam Shoemaker and Trap Jesus have released Sharpen My Sword, the 3nd video in support of their collaborative EP “The Grimy Gospel.”

Director Steven Trueba is back as well, fresh off directing the first two videos from the EP: the title track Grimy Gospel, and then the follow up Oh Lord. In Sharpen My Sword Trueba takes the audeince on another visual ride thru Sam Shoemaker’s post apocalyptic dystopian dreamscape while Sam learns to sword fight while wearing a VR helmet reminiscent of the Matrix.

On production Trap Jesus is joined by his BounceGvng teammates Chris Wellz from Detroit and The Good Breaux from Boston, bringing soaring choirs and epic synth lines backed with the heavy drums and bass the BounceGvng production crew is becoming known for.
